Another member left me feedback.  Why isn't my feedback appearing?

Any feedback that is left for the employer or provider of a project will be displayed within 24 hours after the feedback is submitted, and the provider has paid the associated Elance service fees. 

If it has been longer than 24 hours since the feedback was left and the job's service fees have been paid, please click the 'Contact us' link on the top right of our web pages to contact our Customer Service team.  In your email, please include the job name, ID and the employer or provider's name for which you are not seeing the feedback.
