Feedback is the history of how an Elance service provider or an Elance employer has been evaluated by other elancers they have worked with.
Service providers have overall feedback statistics as well as individual feedback reviews for specific jobs. Click on the recent feedback statistics for any service provider, and you go directly to a page displaying the service provider's overall and detailed feedback statistics. Employers rate and leave comments about service providers after the job has been completed, while service providers leave comments about their employers. Only Elance service providers and Elance employers who are engaged in a job through Elance can leave feedback for one another.
