How do I delete my Elance Prepaid MasterCard?

If you remove your existing Payoneer Account, the removal is final—you will not be able to reinstate that account on Elance. Removal of your Payoneer account on Elance will not cancel your Prepaid MasterCard, but will prevent you from receiving additional withdrawals from Elance to that account.

To request your Payoneer Account to be deleted from your MyElance Account section, you must submit an email to billing@elance.com. Within that email, please state your username and the reason for deletion.

If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact Payoneer directly to request a replacement card.
